Either I'm dumb as fuck or this is your most cryptic by a mile. If I understand the clue correctly it's a film to do with some kind of formal setting, where you are barred access or service if you look scruffy.
The central shapes are vaguely reminiscent of skyscrapers, possibly the Twin Towers, but the Poster for Wall Street looks nothing like this, neither does the World Trade Centre movie.
Are they bodies with legs walking towards us? No doubt you are loving this.
